Detailed dates and tasks related to PeopleSoft and administrative departments are in Base Camp.
Sep 12 - 26, 2011: Academic Services & IITS completed the copy and conversion of the Fall 2012 Schedule in TST2 Test System.
Sep 27, 2011: 16 Week Project Meeting. The TST2 test server is ready for testing sample student registrations. Group reviewed dates in Base camp. All administrative departments need to enter critical process dates into Base Camp.
Oct 10, 2011: Fall 2012 Class Schedule placed into production within PeopleSoft. The Fall 2012 schedule will converted to 16 week format between 10/10/11 and 11/3/2011.
Nov 4, 2011: Bundles applied to CS90TST2 (TST2) test PeopleSoft instance and refreshed ahead of original schedule. Snapshot of data from 10/27/2011 with latest bundles.
Nov 3, 2011: Target date for Fall 2012 Class Schedule to be distributed to department heads (1st Run Worksheets). Fall 2012 data is now available for general use.
November 2011: Begin planning for Winter 2013.
Nov 18, 2011: Target date for PeopleSoft bundle updates in Production.
April 1, 2012: Proposed Go Live! date when Financial Aid will rely on the contents of PeopleSoft. No further changes should be made to the system after this point, besides standard business processes to prepare for registration.
May 16, 2012: Fall 2012 Schedule of Classes available on the LBCC Website.
July 9, 2012: Early/Priority Registrations for Fall 2012 begin.
