Governor's 15% Workforce Investment Act Funds for Allied Health Programs

Long Beach City College collaborates with the Chancellor's Office to provide academic support and implement an expanded Licensed Vocational Nursing program. This expansion will increase annual Long Beach City College enrollment by 10 students per year and will provide additional skills lab resources and clinical placements.

The successful implementation of this partnership will provide an additional 10 LVN students to the California workforce per year.
