The Nursing and Allied Healthcare Grant and Project Management Department supports Long Beach City College nursing faculty and staff as they implement projects that were awarded for healthcare programs of study.
We coordinate grant activities, grant expenditures, mandated reporting and compliance, and internal fiscal reporting with Long Beach City College departments, the Chancellor's Office, and all partners affiliated with each grant opportunity..
Long Beach City College is working with educational partners, workforce investment boards and industry to address the healthcare workforce pipeline. We seek to develop a more sustainable, cost-effective strategy that strengthens the economic viability of health professions and meets the near and long term needs of California residents.
