Now you can submit LBCC Financial Aid forms online directly to the LBCC Financial Aid Office using the links below. Before submitting any, be sure that you are using the forms for the correct year. Also, be sure that you are submitting forms that we have actually requested from you in a Long Beach City College Missing Information Letter. PLEASE DO NOT submit forms online that have not been requested by LBCC. The access codes for these forms are printed on LBCC Missing Information Letters, and can also be found in the To Do List in your online Student Center online by clicking on the items in your To Do list.
We also offer our printable forms in Portable Document Format (PDF). To read and print a PDF publication, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on you computer.
If you are the parent or student, by submitting these forms online you are giving permission for them to be used in considering your eligibility for federal, state and institutional financial aid. You are certifying the accuracy and validity of all the information you are providing. By federal law, if you purposely give false or misleading information, you may be fined up to $20,000, sent to prison, or both.
Forms that we haven't requested will be discarded.
To submit a form online, click on your LBCC campus next to the name of the form. If you're unsure which campus you should choose, click on LAC. You'll need the Access Code from your Missing Information Letter. They can also be found in the To Do List in your online Student Center by clicking on the items in your To Do list.
