The goal of LBCC's Academic Music Program is prepare a music major for a successful audition and entrance exam into a university music program. Our comprehensive program provides rigorous coursework that emphasizes theory, musicianship, private applied instruction, and regular performance through six large classical performance ensembles, and several additional chamber opportunities.
