Enrollment & Class Summary  > Enrollment History by Term

 

To view a student's entire enrollment history by term navigate to the table below and perform a search.

 

Note that all of the student's enrollment history is visible on the screen, by term. 
The box at the top of the screen there is summary information including the student's completion ratio.

Navigate to the Enrollment History by Term Screen, and enter the student id (Empl ID) and then click the search button. 


All of the student enrollment history is shown. 

 

Data can be reorganized by clicking on the columns title. 

To sort the values in the table click on the column header.  For instance, clicking on the Term title , and the data are sorted by Term.

Click on any specific line to view the detailed information.

Notice that the summary box at the top has completion ratios and cumulative completion ratios. 

Notice that the detail data is shown in alphabetic order by the subject area.
