Entering your Final Grades:

Submit your Grade Roster and Attendance Records to Enrollment Services hard copy or by e-mail. Send electronic files to  (May be sent after the Board Holidays--on or after Jan.3, 2017)

Look for e-mail from Director of Enrollment Services Lillian Justice, Subject Line: "Fall 2016 Final Grades," dated Monday, December 12 for more information

Census Date / Reporting No Shows  / Withdrawal Date: The Census Date for 16-week classes is SEPTEMBER 12. This means you must enter your No Shows BEFORE that date!
Check the Deadline Dates area at the top of your rosters to see the dates for individual classes. For late starting classes, always check the Deadline Dates area (important dates) at the top of your Web Class Roster for the Census Date. Make sure you enter No Shows (NS) or Non Active (NA) BEFORE that date.

How to Find Important Dates and Deadlines:
To find out important dates using PeopleSoft: Go to the top of the Web Class Roster or the Grade Roster for each INDIVIDUAL class. Important deadline dates appear at the top.

 E-Mailing Your Students:
Consult this page for the different options to e-mail students. You can use PeopleSoft to send a text-based message, but you must use Outlook if you wish to send an attachment.

ALWAYS use the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) option when e-mailing students.
1. OPTION 1–PEOPLESOFT: Using PeopleSoft's "Notify Students" Feature
2. OPTION 2–OUTLOOK: Copy/Paste E-Mail Addresses from PeopleSoft into Outlook

Set Outlook to always allow commas as separators

Web Class Roster:
Follow these instructions to print a page from your Internet browser with your Enrolled Students, Dropped Students, Wait List and Permission Numbers for the first day of class. SEE BELOW FOR SOLUTIONS WITH PRINTING PROBLEMS.

Troubleshooting Printing Problems
Having problems printing pages with your Internet browser?  When you print the Web Class Roster page, does it print the first page only? Or is the text too small? Try these instructions.

Permission Numbers:
Students must use the permission number no less than the day prior to the census date of each class to be legally enrolled. Instructions here.

The Excel Rollbook:
This faculty-designed rollbook template can be used to create a multi-worksheet spreadsheet with grades, assignments, attendance, etc. Use it to create an ongoing spreadsheet after the semester gets started, AND/OR, use it to create your electronic attendance, class and grade rosters to be sent to Enrollment Services at the end of each session. Instructions here.
