From the Student Center screen, select the Enroll tab and the drop sub-tab as shown below.

This is step 1 of a 3 step drop process.

Select the course(s) to be dropped by selecting them with check boxes on the left.  In this example, the Art 24 class will be dropped.

Click the green DROP button.

Step 2 is the confirmation. Notice that only one course is displayed in the course listing. This is ART 24, the course that we selected for the drop. 
If this is the correct course, confirm it by clicking on the green "FINISH DROPPING" button.

This is Step 3 in the process in the viewing of results.  In the course list ART 24 is displayed with a green check mark in the Status column.  This indicates that the drop was successful.

Informational messages are displayed in the Message box.  In this example, the student will receive a grade of W on their transcript for this course because of the timing of the drop.  The drop was performed after the day of census.  

The Faculty has been advised to inform students of this date by publishing it in their course syllabus.
