View My Grades

Path: Self Service > Enrollment > View My Grades

To view your grades comprehensively you can view your unofficial transcript, or view your course history. 

 

You can also view your grades by term via the Grades screen. From the main Student Center, find the Academics section of your window as shown below.

The Grades option is available via the drop down menu. Click on the down arrow and select grades.

Then, click on the >> symbol to go to the Grades window. 

If you have more than one term of academic history at Long Beach City College, you will view the following screen which will ask you to select the term.

Select a term by clicking on one of the left-most radial buttons.  Then click the continue button.

The following screen will appear.

In this example, the grade column is blank because the grades are not yet posted.  This could mean that it is near the end of the term and the instructor has not yet submitted their grades.  Generally, grades are due two to three weeks after the last day of the term and they take at one week to process.  So, student grades should be available online for viewing roughly one month after the end of the course. 

 

Notice that Term Statistics are available at the bottom of the screen.  This shows all of the historical grade information to date.
