There are multiple ways a student can check their balance.   If they start at the default "Student Self Service" screen, they can navigate to lower on the page to the "Finances" section.

In this "Finances" section the student can see that they have a balance of $37.00.  From this section they have various options.
They can view their Financial Aid details (1), the can make a payment (2), or they can view more details about their account (3).

Also, the student can navigate to their balance from the main menu bar by clicking "Self Service", then "Campus Finances."

By clicking on the "Account Inquiry" link, as shown below, the student can view their account details.

In the "Account Inquiry" screen the student sees that they owe $37.00.

The student can view the reason for the balance by clicking on the "Charges Due" link as shown below.

The balance details are shown below. In this example, the student has not yet paid for their student Health Fee, or their Student Services Card.
