The 2010 LBCC Alumni Association Hall of Fame induction luncheon was held on Friday, October 29. This year's honorees included: Dr. Frank Blair, Jr., retired dentist and community leader; Tim Grobaty, Long Beach Press-Telegram columnist; Jerry Miller, former Long Beach City Manager; & Tammy Trujillo, radio personality and college professor.

About 175 people attended the luncheon where special videos, created by the LBCC Academic Computing & Multimedia Services Department, showed the honorees professional and community accomplishments. LBCC Superintendent-President, Eloy Oakley, presented each of the honorees with a plaque and Board of Trustees President, Dr. Tom Clark, inducted them into the Hall of Fame.

There have been 145 alumni inducted into the LBCC Hall of Fame since 1972.
