Welcome to the Office of School and College Articulation (OSCA) website.

The Articulation Office is responsible for:

• coordinating course articulation between LBCC and the LBUSD, the UC and CSU systems, and the independent and out-of-state institutions
• development and maintenance of the General Education Plan (a.k.a., the ABC guide) General Education Plan
• updating the LBCC Curriculum Guides LBCC Curriculum Guides
• creation and update of the Transfer Curriculum Guides Transfer Curriculum Guides
• maintenance of LBCC articulation data in ASSIST, the comprehensive online student-transfer information system. Assist

Services for faculty include curriculum development support for prospective general education (ABC guide) or transfer-level courses.

Services for students include:

• assistance resolving articulation conflicts with other schools
• curriculum documentation from previous years.
