Donald Hucker received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, and Life Secondary Teaching Diploma from California State University, Long Beach. Professor Hucker received an MBA in Comparative Management Systems from the University of Southern California. Professor Hucker has conducted management development and motivation seminars for hospitals, retail organizations, and for a large company in the aircraft industry. He is a trained arbiter who has conducted hearings for the Better Business Bureau in the California Lemon Law Program, and he was a facilitator in the California Instructional Skills Workshop program for college faculty.
Professor Hucker was the lead scholar, content writer, and script editor for two distance-learning Management courses titled, "Taking the Lead: The Management Revolution" and "Something Ventured", a course in small-business management.
Professor Hucker currently is a faculty member of California National University for Advanced Studies, a distance learning university.

Dr. Frank Iazzetta has taught accounting full-time at Long Beach City College for twenty-nine years. In addition, he has taught almost every course in the accounting curriculum at California State University Long Beach. Prior to joining the staff at Long Beach City College, he was a criminal investigator for the Internal Revenue Service.

Michael Levine joined Long Beach City College in the mid 1970's. He teaches classes in Accounting, Management and Business Math. Mike has a BA from the University of Cincinnati, and an MBA in Finance from Miami University, Oxford Ohio. His professional career has included senior managerial positions within Fortune 100 Companies.
Michael's areas of expertise includes business planning and analysis, contracts and pricing along with accounting. He owns his own company which deals in the sale of capital goods in domestic and international markets. Students enjoy his blend of academic and hands-on experience.

Myke Mc Mullen joined Long Beach City College in 2001 and is currently the Department Chair of Business Administration and also the LBCC lead faculty for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Initiative.
Before joining the LBCC faculty Mr. Mc Mullen spent a number of years at the University of Southern California, California State University-Fullerton and Orange Coast College teaching a variety of marketing, management and communication courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
Prior to (and during) those teaching years, he held management and executive positions in the corporate world, primarily in the apparel industry, including retail management positions with the May Department Stores and sales/marketing management positions with such industry leaders as Quiksilver International, Samsung Americas and Pacific Coast Hwy sportswear. As President of BTB Sales & Marketing, he enjoys consulting and guest speaking to a variety of businesses and trade organizations.
Mr. Mc Mullen holds an M.B.A from Pepperdine University, a B.S. in Marketing/Management from Woodbury University and is also a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Jim Mucci joined Long Beach City College in 2006 and teaches classes in the Department of Business Administration. He also is a part-time faculty member at Cal State Long Beach and a number of other Community Colleges, teaching Business, International Business and Logistics/Transportation. Mr. Mucci has 40 years in executive experience ranging from Administrative Assistant to U.S. Congressman James G. Fulton to Licensed Merchant Marine Deck Officer to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of International Logistics Enterprises. He is currently the Managing Director of EWH Assessment, providing business and psychological assessment services (www.ewhassessment.com). Mr. Mucci received an MBA from Pepperdine University's Presidential Key Executive Program and a BS in Transportation from The United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point New York.

Jim Noggle received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University at Los Angeles and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. He is an active licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Jim began his career working for Ernst & Ernst (aka Ernst & Young), an International Certified Public Accounting firm. Jim was admitted to the Partnership and after serving at Ernst & Young for over 14 years he elected to leave his position as a Partner to capitalize on a tremendous opportunity in industry. Since leaving Ernst & Young he has further broadened his experience by serving in the capacities of Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Administration to Chief Operations Officer for four different companies. He continues to consult in the areas of accounting, business planning, cash management and general business activities.
Jim has taught accounting classes as a full-time faculty member at Long Beach City College since 2002. His previous teaching experience includes teaching accounting classes at Cypress College and California State University at Dominguez Hills. He has also taught classes and conducted seminars in auditing, accounting, business management, insurance claims administration, and professional staff development. Jim is a member of the California State Society of CPA's, American Institute of CPA's, the American College of Forensic Examiners and the Institute of Management Accountants ("IMA").

Dr. O'Toole received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in political science and psychology from the University of Michigan and then went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame. She was a practicing civil litigator in Southern California for several years when she decided to go back to school and earn her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
As an active member of the State Bar, Dr. O'Toole has enjoyed a professional commitment to support and serve Legal Aid programs and has conducted many seminars in various aspects of civil and immigration law to her peers. Additionally, she has taught students at CSULB and law students from Western School of Law, Southwestern, and USC in the areas of business law, contracts, corporations, civil procedure, and legal writing.
Since 1999, Dr. O'Toole has been teaching at Long Beach City College and she is a full-time faculty member, instructing in all Business Law and International Business Law course offerings. She is dedicated to community service activities and enjoys guest speaking to a variety of business and legal organizations.
Dr. O'Toole has been the recipient of prestigious awards based on her commitment and dedication to academic excellence throughout her education and looks forward to sharing her experience and knowledge with you.

Professor Verma is a full-time faculty member in the Business Department at Long Beach City College where he teaches Principles of Accounting 1A and 1B.
Dr. Verma received a doctorate from the University of Southern California (USC), a MS in Business Administration - Accounting from California State University, Long Beach), a MBA with concentration in Taxation and a Master of Engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada
Professor Verma has an extensive background as a teacher and as a practitioner, both as a CPA and as an engineer. In addition to his teaching at Long Beach City College since 1990, he has taught in the university systems for a number of years at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
Professor Verma is a recipient of the American Institute of CPA's Elijah Watts Sells award and is very interested in student learning behaviors, particularly in the application of research findings in educational psychology, to improve their learning.
