Title IX. Prohibiting Sex Discrimination in Education The Long Beach Community College District is committed to support all regulations under Title IX. "No person in the U.S. shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any operation of an educational institution that receives federal funds."
