Transfer Center The College Transfer Center, located in Room A151 in the Administration building at LAC, offers services to students in the process of transferring. Some of these services include individualized counseling/advising, a written academic plan, transcript evaluation, academic assessment and information about financial aid, housing, parking and getting around a larger campus. Students may make an appointment with a Transfer Center counselor and/or with representatives from Chapman University, USC School of Letters, Arts & Science, UCLA, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, CSU Dominguez Hills, CSU Long Beach, CSU Fullerton, CSU Los Angeles or CSU San Diego. The Transfer Center is open Monday and Tuesday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and on Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Appoint-ments may be made in the Transfer Center at the Liberal Arts Campus by calling (562)938-4030. |
