Prepare for your job search with our Motivation, Resumes, and Interviewing training!

Motivation delves into the value of understanding your unique motivations to succeed in work and life. We'll teach you how to use these skills to build self-esteem, overcome fears, lead others, make decisions, and solve problems. We'll provide you with constructive and creative ways to discover, set, and achieve your life goals.

Resumes and Online Profile Development addresses employers' increasing use of job boards and advanced applicant screening systems. We'll teach you how to get your resume in front of hiring managers. You'll walk out of the class with a new and improved version of YOUR specific resume, based on the information given in class.

Interviewing and Negotiation Preparation will help you successfully navigate the interview process, from interview question preparation (including the most difficult questions) to effective communication, presentation, and follow up. We will also conduct formal mock interviews with you and provide individualized feedback and targeted coaching on areas of improvement.
