The Facilities Service Desk is open from 7:30am-5pm. To submit a work order please contact the Service Desk phone line at x4040. A work order request can range from lights being out, setup requests, room to hot or cold, and non-life threatening emergencies (building water leaks, gas leaks) etc. Our Service Desk attendant will take your information and submit the work order. Once the work order has been submitted, you will be contacted by one of our Maintenance and Operations Personnel to tend to your needs. If it's an emergency, dial 911 immediately.
NEW FACILITIES WORK ORDER FORM
Click on the button below and you will be redirected to the hosted site. The new site will have a simple form with 5 steps. Once you press submit, you'll receive an email confirming your request with a work order number. You'll also be able to track your work orders on the "My Requests" tab and see the status.
