Welcome to the Faculty Web Services Help Guide (Oracle PeopleSoft) for version 9.0.
The guide explains the basic functions that faculty perform using their account.

	Printing Problems? Having problems while printing pages with your Internet Browser? Try these instructions.
	Check the "Drop Deadlines" area at the top of each roster for the Census Date  and Withdrawal Date (the last permissable day for a mark of W.)
	Permission Numbers are at the bottom of the Web Class Roster area.

• Semester Term Numbers
  The Term for Spring 2013 is 1490. When in doubt, use the Magnifying Glass Icon to look up terms.
• Auto Enrollment from the Waitlist
  From Admissions and Records, here is a Frequently Asked Questions list regarding the new Auto Enrollment from the Waitlist function.
• E-Mail Column Added to Class Roster
  Using the Class Roster ("the little people icon" on the left in the Faculty Center), you can now view and export students' e-mail addresses and phone numbers. You will see the student ID, the student's name, followed by their e-mail address and phone number. Find out more here

Getting Important Dates and Deadlines: To find out important dates using PeopleSoft: Go to the Web Class Roster area for each individual class. Important dates appear at the top. Get Census dates, Withdrawal dates, etc.
