My Class Schedule
Oracle PeopleSoft

There are multiple ways that a student can use to find their class schedule.
By default, the students will see their class schedule on the first page that they view after they log into their account.
The sample screen is shown below.

To view more schedule details, the student can select the Class Schedule option in the drop down menu in the Academics section as shown below.

Also, the schedule can be found by clicking on the MY CLASS SCHEDULE button as shown below.

Lastly, a student can navigate to their schedule via the main menu bar.  In order to do this the student should first select Self Service, then Enrollment, and then My Class Schedule as shown below.

The following is an example of the My Class Schedule screen.

There are several options on the screen.  With the Select Display Option parameter the schedule can be viewed as a list, or as a calendar.  The List View option is the default as shown below.

Also, the Class Schedule Filter Options box allows the student to look at their courses in various ways.  They can view enrolled classes, dropped classes, waitlisted classes or any combination.  These options are select with the check boxes.  In the example below, the all of the options are checked, so all classes are displayed, even those in which the student is not enrolled.

The status column in the course detail indicates the individual class status.

The following filter options would show only the waitlisted classes.

The following filter options would show only the enrolled courses.  In this case, the student is enrolled in NO courses for the 2010 Fall term.

This is a good way for students to double-check enrollment.  At times, students confuse the shopping cart with enrollment.
Some students think that if a course is places in their shopping cart, they are enrolled.  This is incorrect.
