CSWPA (Project Labor Agreement)

The Long Beach Community College District (LBCCD) HAS established a CSWPA partnership with the local Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Department and the signatory craft Councils and Unions. The agreement was approved by the District’s Board of Trustees on April 26, 2016, and amended on September 11, 2019.
