Service Desk

The Facilities Service Desk is open from 7:30am-5pm. To submit a work order please contact the Service Desk phone line at x4040. A work order request can range from lights being out, setup requests, room too hot or cold, and non-life threatening emergencies (building water leaks, gas leaks) etc.


District Policies

The Director of District Facilities, under the direction of the Vice President of Administrative Services, shall be responsible for administering the following regulations.


Rental Services

The Facilities Rental Office is responsible for handling the reservations for all designated spaces on both Long Beach City College campuses including many indoor and outdoor facilities.

Designated LBCC facilities are available for rent to the public upon availability. , please be assured that we are here to assist you in coordinating your event and ensure the best possible outcome. If you would like to use the district’s facilities, please complete the district application and contract and submit both to our office.


Bond Management

The Bond Management Services team is dedicated to the support of all bond projects outlined in the LBCCD master plan which focuses on the mission of improving the economic development of the community through transfer, vocational, and lifelong learning opportunities in the community.

The Board of Trustees selected Cordoba Corporation as the Bond Management Team (BMT) to oversee and manage the construction program under the Measure E and Measure LB Bond Program and state-funded, scheduled maintenance projects.
