The Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) was established by the Legislature in 1959 to set minimum selection and training standards for California law enforcement. The POST organization, with more than 130 staff members, functions under the direction of an Executive Director appointed by the Commission.
Transportation Security Administration is driven by a desire to help our nation, tens of thousands of people joined TSA and committed themselves to strengthening our transportation systems while ensuring the freedom of movement for people and commerce. The agency’s mission is to protect the nation’s transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce.
Enrolling in the Administration of Justice Club qualifies you for membership in ACJA. This is the leading student centered organization in the country and provides the opportunity for scholarships, training and networking with other Administration of Justice students.
The Long Beach City College service club that is the local face of ACJA. Students will gain valuable experience in the field by their volunteer activities with local law enforcement agencies, form friendships with fellow students at the college and have the opportunity to attend Regional and National conferences sponsored by ACJA.
