To apply for the Applied Music program, please fill out one of the following applications for the appropriate program. For questions, please contact the faculty for the specific program.

• Instrumental Classical Application – Brian Hamilton
• Instrumental Jazz Application – Patrick Sheng

After completing the application, you can sign up for an audition time. Dates and times are listed on the form. Please read the program requirements necessary for enrollment in this course; this is a demanding program designed for transferring music majors only. Please do not sign up for an audition unless you clearly understand the program requirements.
