Creative Calm Summer 2022 Class
We are back with another rewarding summer session!

Whether you are new to our class or want to continue your meditative practice, Creative Calm is right for you. The class incorporates simple art projects into a variety of meditative exercises, including breath awareness, guided imagery, tapping techniques, acupressure, and Qigong. Learn how to reduce stress while using artistic expression as a source of relaxation and inspiration.

Class Info: Class will be held on Tuesdays on June 21 and 28, and July 12 and 19. Class time runs from 10am – 11am. There will be no class on July 5.

Supplies:  water color/art paper, pencil, watercolors/acrylic paints, pointed round artist brush, (fine tip black, white, gold markers), colored pencils/markers, writing paper or small journal/pen.

Teacher: Cari Kaminski has been an educator for over 20 years, with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. Cari is a passionate teacher, a proponent of daily meditation, and an advocate for the health benefits associated with mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
