Retrieve Needed Zoom Recordings Before 7/29/21

Greetings, LBCC Colleagues:

As communicated previously, IITS removed all TechConnect Zoom cloud recordings from our temporary cloud storage space to make room for new recordings. This took place on July 1, 2021. The 120 day policy is now in effect. This means, any recordings made will stay in your TechConnect Zoom account for 120 days.

Please note that all recordings removed on July 1, 2021 went to the trash where they are held for 30 days. After the 30 days, Zoom will remove them permanently. If you are missing any recordings that you wish to retrieve from your TechConnect Zoom account trash, be sure to do so before July 29th, 2021.

Here are instructions to help you retrieve your recordings before the 30 day window closes.
