Bruce Fraser
Assistant Coach for the Golden State Warriors

Success Story

Bruce Fraser, who played basketball for LBCC, is now an assistant coach for player development with the Golden State Warriors under head coach, Steve Kerr. He regularly works one-on-one with player Stephen Curry. In addition, Bruce shares advance scouting duties with the four other assistants, helping prepare the Warriors for upcoming opponents.

Bruce played basketball at the University of Arizona with Steve Kerr. After graduating Bruce stayed on as an assistant for the Arizona Wildcats & Steve went on to play for the Phoenix Suns. Bruce went on to work as an assistant at the University of Missouri, a pro assistant for the Indiana Pacers & a scout for the Phoenix Suns. They continued to talk about coaching together one day & that plan came together when Steve brought Bruce onto the Warriors coaching staff in 2014.
