Jeff Smeding graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and attended Brooks Institute of Photography.  He currently runs the B&W darkroom and oversees the Photo/Graphic Design computer lab. He still loves the darkroom, film, alternative processes and is currently experimenting with the wet plate collodion process.  Travel photography is another passion.
