Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start, so we have provided these how-to guides on the application process from start to finish. Whether you are a first-time student, returning student or veteran, these guides will guide you through the admissions process, and get you started on the right path to your degree.

What is CCC Apply?

When applying to Long Beach City College, you will need to create an account on CCCApply. CCCApply is a service for all California Community Colleges that provide LBCC with basic personal information to process admissions applications, create your Viking Student account, determine your placements for English, Math, and Reading, and for general communication.

Need help with your application?

LBCC has Welcome Centers are located on each campus to ensure that you transition to college is as smooth as possible. The staff at the welcome center can provide you with assistance in the application and registration process. Call or visit in person to receive one-on-one assistance with the application process.

The Welcome Centers are located in the main lobbies of Building A (LAC) and Building AA (PCC). Hours of operation are Mon – Thu from 8:00 am-6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
