Institutional Effectiveness

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) supports student success by providing leadership and coordination of Accreditation efforts, institutional planning, program planning and review, and institutional research. The Office of IE strives to promote excellence and equity in student learning, educational practices and quality of service by establishing and maintaining a campus culture of self-evaluation and improvement at all levels of the institution.

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness serves the College in the following areas:

  • Accreditation 
  • Grants 
  • Institutional Planning (Strategic Planning, College-wide Planning, and Annual Planning/Program Review)
  • Research and Evaluation 
  • State and Federal Reporting Requirements
  • Student Learning Outcomes and Service Unit Outcomes Assessment

Office of Institutional Research Data Requests

Please submit your data request at least 10 business days prior to the date this data is needed.  Please be aware that some data requests may take longer.  Allow extra turn-around time if your request requires that we collect data from an external agency.

Data requests are prioritized according to institutional needs, and certain data requests may require additional approval.

It may be necessary to meet with you if your project requires substantial resources.
