The LBCC Human Resources team recruits, develops and protects the college’s most valuable resource – its employees. The HR team is dedicated to attracting, retaining, and supporting a qualified diverse workforce in order to meet the educational needs of the students. The HR team does this by providing quality service to the internal and external campus community, and adhering to open, equitable and ethical personnel standards.

Human Resources Committees

The Faculty and Staff Diversity Committee is key to the development of a workforce that represents and understands our diverse community and the students we serve. Through continuous professional development, outreach, and training, the Committee is at the forefront of advising the College on innovative strategies to ensure we provide equal employment opportunities for all applicants.
