Culinary Arts Inviting Campus Community to Food Demos
LBCC Culinary Arts will be hosting two guest speakers and food demonstrations. Students, staff, and faculty are invited to register to attend.
- For the Iberico (the finest 100% Iberico pork in the United States) presentation and demonstration will be held 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., on Tues., Sept. 16 in V-135, please register here.
- For Broadleaf Game and Meats, held at 2 p.m., on Thurs., Oct. 9 in LAC’s V-135, please register here.
