Free Service to LBCC Students 
How it works? 

1. Call the SHS for an appointment at 562-938-4210
2. Park in a designated space at the Pacific Coast Campus Parking Lot 1 (Enter from Orange Street). 
3. Call the number listed on the sign and let us know you are here. Students must stay in cars – Please do not come to the clinic.
4. Face Covering Required 

*There will be a walk-up table for students who do not arrive in cars. 
*Please fill out consent form

2. Click on point and click 
3. Confirm birthday 
4. Click on forms tab 
5. Click Long Beach City College Student Health Center Flu Consent 2020/2021
