Mindful Self-Compassion Techniques:

  • Develop better understanding of your emotions
  • Strengthen your ability to cope with your emotions
  • Practice exploratory exercises to soothe, nurture, & heal your emotions
  • Increase awareness of your unhelpful self talk
  • Explore the purpose of the unhelpful self talk
  • Learn the benefits of helpful self-talk & build skills to increase helpful self-talk
