Event

Learn skills and tools to improve your emotional well-being and create balance in your life. We provide workshops each semester to support student health, happiness and success.

Workshops are open to all enrolled students. All workshops will be held in the PCC Student Union, EE-102G, and facilitated by Daisy Cook LCSW, and MSW Interns.

All workshops are walk-ins and no sign-up is necessary. If you are referring your class to a Wellness Workshop being held on a specific day and time, please contact Daisy Cook to ensure space and sufficient materials are available for the presentation. Please let us know if you require a disability accommodation.
