Port of Long Beach Women in Trades Event

Are you interested in learning more about careers related to the Port of Long Beach, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics?

These are growing career sectors with many well-paid job opportunities that are little known to students. Long Beach City College has partnered with the Port of Long Beach’s annual Women in Trades Event, where you will learn more about the Port’s activities, meet women professionals working in the Port, Transportation, Supply Chain Management and Logistics field, and hear first-hand from them about their career and ask them questions about their career experience.

You can register for the event by filling out the online form or by contacting Lizzette Villegas

Space is limited so please register by November 3. Your seat for the event will be confirmed and details about the event will be provided you upon confirmation. If you are interested in a 90-min tour of the Port of Long Beach, please let us know and a tour can be scheduled at a later date.

Transportation from LBCC to the event and return will be provided. Lunch will also be provided.
