A Taste of LBCC Club Día de los Muertos Events
Oct. 26 – Nov. 2
- The campus community is invited to participate in the Day of the Dead Shoe Box altar contest, taking place Oct. 26 – Nov. 2, in the courtyard of the Culinary Arts Department, V-Building, LAC. It’s open for all students, faculty, clubs, and departments to participate by dropping off their alter between Oct. 26 – Nov. 1. The campus community can also vote on the Most Traditional, Most Original and Most Popular alter. The winners will be announced on Nov. 2. The prize is freshly baked Pan De Los Muertos. 1.
- The Culinary and Baking Club will be holding a fundraising sale from 10:00am – 1:00pm on Nov. 1 and Nov. 2. We will be selling conchas, esquites, and aqua frescas. We will be located between T Building (Viking Express) and V Building (LBCC Bistro).
