Week of Welcome Events Hosted by Student Affairs
Join the Week of Welcome with food, music, and fun!
The Week of Welcome will kick off on Tues., Aug. 29 (Liberal Arts Campus E Quad) and on Thurs., Aug. 31 (Pacific Coast Campus EE Quad), from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Each day will include:
- The Viking Vault Better Breakfast (9 – 11 a.m.)
- BBQ (11 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
- Paletas (1 p.m. – 3 p.m.)
- Music and Games and a Resource Fair will be all day long (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
Everything is free and available while supplies last.
The Viking Village Market – Farmers Market for LBCC students will be held from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Wed., Aug. 30 at the Viking Vault (Room E-131, Liberal Arts Campus).
“Understanding the Impact of Addiction & Mental Wellness” by LA Dept of Mental Health will be presented from 11 a.m. – noon, on Wed., Aug. 30 (Valhalla Room, E202, Liberal Arts Campus).
