Long Beach Mayor Rex Richardson invites Long Beach youth ages 13-26 to participate in his first annual Youth Advocacy Day, announced as a goal in his “Opportunity Beach Agenda” 100-day plan. This event will take place on Sat., June 24 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

You will have the opportunity to learn about advocacy in the City of Long Beach, connect with youth-serving groups, and learn how to become civically engaged. Be part of the youth leadership that shapes the future of the City of Long Beach! Registration is mandatory, and location and program details will be shared with registrants closer to the event.
