Vaccination Verification for LBCC Employees, Testing, and Facial Covering Reminder
In preparation for the Fall semester, please read the information enclosed below regarding the vaccine record submission process for employees. Starting Fall Semester 2021, on August 30, 2021, all employees who will be on campus must either be fully vaccinated or participate in weekly testing. This means that as of August 30th, employees must have submitted their complete vaccine information, or must begin participating in weekly testing that week. For additional information on this topic, please visit our Return to Campus webpage at www.LBCC.edu/return-campus. This new website has additional information relating to vaccines, testing, and returning to campus.
Full-time or part-time faculty members who are only teaching online for fall semester 2021, have until November 1, 2021, to submit their complete vaccine information. This group will start weekly testing in spring semester 2022, should anyone in this group prefer to refrain from vaccination.
Additionally, attached, please find a step-by-step guide that outlines the vaccine submission process. Outlined below is the step-by-step process and answers to questions regarding this process.
