It is expected that the committee will draw upon additional resources from the pool of knowledge, experience, and technical expertise as deemed necessary.

The following positions maintain permanent membership on the committee:

• Associate Vice President of Human Resources (who serves as the equal employment opportunity officer)
• Executive Director of Human Resources, Classified
• Human Resources Manager, Academic
• District Compliance Officer
• Faculty Professional Development Coordinator

Full-time faculty will serve three-year staggered terms.

Reporting Structure. The Committee reports to the College Planning Committee. The Committee will provide an annual report to the College Planning Committee as well as the Academic Senate.
