DACA Legal Workshop & Immigration Updates
Long Beach City College will be hosting a new legal workshop regarding DACA students and their rights. With the uncertainty surrounding the status of DACA students at community colleges across the nation, it is important to stay informed and know your rights.
The college will be providing the following services:
- Counseling referrals and group sharing (experiences).
- Tactics when dealing with ICE – How to protect yourself and your family.
- Immigration attorney services
Long Beach City College is committed to providing a safe space for all undocumented students, mixed-status family members, friends, and allies.
