Self-Talk

We will focus on increasing awareness of one’s unhelpful self-talk and explore the reason behind the unpleasant internal dialogue. We will also learn the benefits of helpful self-talk and learn techniques to build these skills. This workshop will be offered via zoom.

Exploring Our Emotions

Creating space and compassion to allow for a better relationship with one’s emotions. Develop a better understanding of your emotions through reflection. Techniques to strengthen your ability to cope with your emotions will be discussed and practiced. This workshop will be offered via zoom.

Practicing Acts of Self-Compassion

A day of mindfulness: self-compassion practice. We will be practicing a variety of exploratory exercises that focus on soothing, nurturing ourselves to begin the healing of one’s emotions. This workshop will be offered via zoom.
