Handprint Mural-Making Event May 7
The California Creative Corps Love My Neighbor project is heading to the Trades, Technology and Community Learning Campus. Before it is officially installed, the community is invited to add their handprint on the mural between noon – 3 p.m., Wed., May 7 in the Campus Quad.
The piece is being created by artist Alexey Steele, featuring Long Beach City College Hall of Fame member and community advocate Duke Givens. Once completed, the mural will be hung at the GG Building.
