To help ensure a more efficient and organized commencement program, all Faculty, Staff, and Employees who wish to cheer on our graduates from the field will be positioned on the track prior to the official start of the ceremony at 9:30 a.m.

Line-Up Details:
Date: Thurs., June 5, 2025
Line-Up Time: Begins at 8:30 a.m.
Location: Walkway between the baseball field and Veterans Stadium (same location as last year, off Lew Davis)

Proceed to track: at 9:00 a.m.
At 9:00 a.m., the East Gate to Veterans Stadium will open for Faculty, Staff, and Employees to enter. At that time, Faculty, Staff, and Employees will be escorted onto the track to form two welcoming lines in preparation for the graduates’ entrance. All participants will be stationed on the track before the ceremony begins.
At 9:30 AM, the Commencement Ceremony will officially begin, and graduates will process into the stadium to Pomp and Circumstance.
Once the ceremony is over you will walk back through the East Gate.  For Faculty, Staff and Employees that rented regalia, volunteers will be there to help with the return process before your leave campus.
