Staff & Community: Join us to learn how you can help formerly incarcerated individuals and gang-impacted youth find a new path in higher education. The Justice Scholars Program serves formerly incarcerated students regardless of age, and Phoenix Scholars serves gang-impacted youth between the ages of 16-24.
