Making the Most of Fieldwork
The path to becoming a teacher is marked by multiple opportunities to get in the classroom and work with a mentoring teacher, students, and school community. This time often allows for reflection and implementation of core concepts and self-determination. This can also be a stressor in planning schedules and responsibilities. Fieldwork can lead to lifelong connections, job opportunities, and moments that craft our outlook on the profession. Our workshop will allow for discussion of approaching the task with a growth mindset, building relationships, and planning.
