Join the LBCC Career Center for our inaugural Spring 2026 Career Development Conference. This event will bring students together to hear from guest speakers, explore career pathways, and build connections with the LBCC community.

All students are welcome, including undecided students, CTE students, transfer-bound students, first-generation students, and returning students.

Conference Theme

This year’s conference theme, Explore, Connect, Succeed, encourages students to stay curious, build meaningful connections, and recognize that career journeys are not always linear.

Through shared stories and community, students will be encouraged to explore possibilities, reflect on their goals, and take meaningful steps toward their future.
