Mental Health Awareness
If you have ever wanted to try yoga, here is your chance. Come join us in a relaxing yoga session led by Rick Anderson. Yoga increases body awareness, relieves stress, reduces muscle tension and centers the nervous system. Bring a mat if you have one and your water bottle. Plan to arrive early to sign a waiver.
