History of the Campus
  1927: Long Beach Junior College was established;
  the name changed to Long Beach City College in the 1940s.
  1949: The second career education location
  opened and evolved into the Business and Technology
  Division (BTD).
  1964-65: The Business and Technology Division
  (BTD) was rebranded to Business and Technology Campus (BTC)
  1974: BTC renamed Pacific Coast Campus (PCC) “a
  full and complementary partner to the Liberal Arts Campus.”
  2024: PCC becomes the “Trades, Technology, and
  Community Learning Campus.”
