Due to active construction at the LAC Campus, Parking Lots G and N will be closed and Lot M (Veterans Stadium) will be limited. Lots near Lew Davis Street may experience heavy traffic. Please plan ahead and arrive early. 

Student parking permits are completely digital and available for purchase online only at lbcc.thepermitportal.com. Free student parking is available August 24 through September 11, 2026, at the LAC Parking Structure, TTC Parking Structure, and South Veterans Stadium. EV stalls are not included. Beginning September 14, a valid permit is required in all lots.

Reminders:

• Head-in parking only
• Your permit must show “Paid” status to be valid
• Do not park in staff or reserved stalls; and residential street parking requires a City-issued permit
